Level 1 of the Tahltan HEO Training Program will be delivered in April 2025. See the table below for the schedule and learning outcomes below.

Level 1 Training – April 2nd to June 10th
Experience Required None
Skills & Knowledge Learned Packer & Rock-Truck, SkilledTradesBC Roadbuilder Certification, MiHR Common Competencies Certification, plus a number of industry certifications
Dates*
Subject to Change		 Rotation 1: April 2nd to 15th
Rotation 2: April 30th to May 13th
Rotation 3: May 28th to June 10th
Work Placement: Begins June 25th
Outcome Those who pass Level 1 will be offered a paid position for the construction season and will have the opportunity to go into Level 2 in October 2025 and are provided a paid apprenticeship position for the season by one of the industry partners.
